M-P Diameter

Measure the palm of the hand at the widest point.

Forearm and Wrist

Forearm:
Measure the circumference of the forearm 11/2" to 2" below the elbow.

Wrist:
Measure the circumference of the wrist at the head of the radius and ulna.

Calf Circumference

Measure the calf at the widest point.

Bicep Circumference

Measure the bicep circumference at the mid-shaft.
